I hate rules...I always have, but they are necessary. I'm going to try and make this as painless as possible.

1. Terms of Use apply to you, even if you don't take the time to read them.
2. You must have a website in order to adopt one of these cuties, no website = no adoption. These adoptions are not to be placed in emails or MSN group pages (they do not allow the scripts required in rule #3).
   
3. Your website must have NRC and no image toolbar scripts in place to help protect the graphics. This is required not only by me, but also by the wonderful artists the adoptions were purchased from.
4. I should feel comfortable allowing my four-year-old, Pookie, explore your site. No nudity, pornography, hate, or other icky stuff can be present.
5. There is no direct-linking. Please upload graphics to your own server.
6. I work full-time outside the home, sell Avon on the side, take care of two young children and a husband, so please limit your adoption requests to three a day and be patient with me. If you request more than three in a day, I will delete all the requests for that day without notice.
7. Secret Phrase: Pookie and Boo are cute.
8. You must give credit where credit is due. The accompanying logo MUST be linked back to me at http://www.josplace.us.
9. I reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
